Terms & Conditions:

The Contest is co-organized by KINOKUNIYA BOOK STORES (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD [Company No. 198901004692 (181998-D)], (“KINOKUNIYA”) and ALL NIPPON AIRWAYS CO., LTD. [Company No. 201302000015 (995433-X)], (“ANA”) (“Organizer”).

By participant in the Books Take ANA Flight Contest (“Contest”), you agree to and accept the following terms and conditions (“Terms and Conditions”). Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before participating in the Contest. By submitting an entry to the Contest, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Organizer reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, suspend or amend the Contest and/or these Terms and Conditions without any liability to you should there be unforeseeable events which in Organizer’s absolute opinion may jeopardize the process of the Contest. In the event of disputes regarding the Contest or the Terms and Conditions of the Contest, Organizer shall have the right to make final decision.

Contest Period:

1. The Contest starts at 00:00:00 on 1 August 2023 and closes at 23:59:59 on 31 August 2023 (“Contest Period”).
2. The Organizer may at its sole and absolute discretion extend the Contest Period or terminate the Contest at any time without any prior notice.

Eligibility:

1. The participant must be a citizen or resident of Malaysia who holds a valid National Registration Identification Card (“NRIC”) number (12 digits) and is above the age of 18 years at the time of participation.
2. The following persons are not eligible to participate in the said Contest:
   • Permanent and/or contract employees of the Organizer (and its related companies) and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses); and
   • Representatives and/or agents (including advertising agents and contest management agents) of the Organizer and their immediate family members (their parents, spouses, children, siblings, and their respective spouses).

Contest Mechanics:

1. To enter the contest, Participants must be a Kinokuniya Privilege Card ("KPC") member. If you are not a KPC member, please apply and register as a KPC member before participating to the Contest. Visit https://kpc.kinokuniya.com.my/ for more information about KPC.
2. Spend at any amount in a single receipt (“Proof of Purchase”) at Kinokuniya Book Stores Malaysia or Webstore Malaysia, https://malaysia.kinokuniya.com/ within the Contest Period.
3. Complete the following information in the Contest registration page at www.ana-campaign.com/mykinokuniyaandflyana ("Books Take ANA Flight Registration Page").
   • Name (*must be the same as NRIC), place of residence, email address.
   • 6 digits of Participant’s KPC number.
   • “Tick” the check box to agree to receive E-newsletters from ANA.
4. Upon successful Contest entry registration, each eligible Participant will be entitled to ONE (1) lucky draw entry throughout the entire contest period irrespective of the number of eligible purchases. Each KPC member number and each transaction can be register once only. Any duplicated registration will be disregarded and will not be entitled to more entries to the Lucky Draw contest.
5. Any entry that is incomplete, late, or incorrect will be disqualifies automatically. The Organizer is not responsible for any lost, late or misdirected entries.
6. During the Contest Period, if Participant refund the purchase order, the registration of Contest entry will become invalid.
7. The total lucky draw entries of each Eligible Participant will be calculated at the end of the Contest Period.
8. Selection of the Winners will be conducted by the Organizer through a Digital Electronic Lucky Draw System. Each participant can only win one prize only.
9. Winners will be contacted by KINOKUNIYA by email. Winner should collect the prize in person at KINOKUNIYA Kuala Lumpur store on or before 30 September, 2023. Prizes will be forfeited afterwards. Please note proxy collection will not be accepted. If the e-mail address provided by the participant is incorrect which leads to failure to contact during prize notification, the winner will be deemed to forfeit the right for the prize.

Grand Prize (1 winner)	TWO (2) ANA economy Round-Trip Tickets to Tokyo For ANA economy class round-trip Kuala Lumpur - Tokyo air tickets, one of the winner’s names will be printed on the air ticket redemption letter, name provided must be same as the NRIC or travel document. The winner must be one of the travelers and all passengers must travel together with same booking record for entire journey. No amendment can be made once tickets are issued. All booking procedures must be completed and issued on or before November 30, 2023, and the journey must be completed on or before March 31, 2024. The air ticket does not include airport taxes, fuel surcharges, other taxes and surcharges. Winners need to pay for these charges (around MYR 1,234 as of July 2023) upon issuance ticket by credit card. Redemption details and procedures should refer to the terms and conditions on the air ticket redemption letter.

1. The prizes are non-transferable and are not exchangeable for cash or vouchers and will only be given to the winners as verified by Organizer (“Winners”).
2. Prize images shown in any marketing and advertisement materials are for illustration purposes only and may vary in certain aspects from the actual prize received.
3. All Prizes are bound to the terms and conditions attached to the Prizes. The Organizer reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to provide an alternative Prize of an equivalent value without prior notice.
4. Organizer’s decision on the winner shall be final and conclusive. Organizer has the final decision pertaining to any dispute on selection of Winner. Any appeals made including appeals to check the status of the entries, will not be entertained.

Other Terms & Conditions:

1. The result of the Contest will be announced on the KINOKUNIYA Official Facebook page, and will also be published on KINOKUNIYA Corporate Site at www.kinokuniya.com.my on 18 September, 2023.
2. Winners should present their NRIC and their valid KPC when claiming the prize. Failure to do so will result in disqualification and forfeiture of prizes won. Prize will not be replaced if it is damaged afterwards.
3. Organizer reserves the right to withhold the Prize pending verification of the Winner’s compliance with the Terms and Conditions of the Contest.
4. Any expenses directly or indirectly that are incurred to participate in this Contest and Prize redemption, it is the sole responsibility of the winner. The Organizer will not liable in the event of non-receipt or delayed delivery of any form of notification to the Winners. All incidental costs to the Prize collection and/or usage of the Prize shall be solely borne by the winners.
5. The terms and conditions of this Contest shall be governed by the laws of Malaysia and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Malaysia.
6. By participating in this Contest, Participants agree and have given the Organizer the right to use for the following purposes: (a) contacting the winners, identifying and verifying the identity of the winners; (b) notifying the winners regarding prize collection arrangements; (c) confirming the eligibility of the winners during prize collection; (d) sending ANA E-newsletter upon participants’ consent by ticking the box “Yes, I would like to receive ANA E-newsletter” in Books Take ANA Flight Registration Page.
